The angular distributions of
the elastic scattering differential cross section at energies 38.3,41.6 and 82.3 MeV/nucleon are reexamined using the generated
potentials. Comparisons between the extracted and measured angular distributions of the differential cross sections are
presented. Satisfactory reproduction of the data is extracted by using the square Woods-Saxon (WS2) form instead of the usual
WS shape without need to renormalize the derived potentials. The resulted reaction cross sections are also investigated and
compared with the optical limit Glauber model predictions.https://absb.journals.ekb.eg/article_22602_a2a72e3bd5bbb418686bbe4b306892d6.pdfAl-Azhar University, Faculty of Science (Boys)Al-Azhar Bulletin of Science1110-253525Issue 1-B20140601TESTING EXPONENTIALITY AGAINST EXPONENTIAL BETTER THAN USED IN LAPLACE TRANSFORM ORDER BASED ON GOODNESS OF FIT APPROACH162263610.21608/absb.2014.22636ENMahmoudM. Pitman’s asymptotic efficiencies of our test are calculated and compared with other
tests. The percentiles of this test are tabulated. The powers of the test are estimated for famously used distributions in aging
problems. In case of censored data our test is applied and the percentiles are calculated and tabulated. Finally, examples in
different fields are used as practical applications for the proposed test.https://absb.journals.ekb.eg/article_22636_061270e3c59edd5f1841ed87da6eefd8.pdfAl-Azhar University, Faculty of Science (Boys)Al-Azhar Bulletin of Science1110-253525Issue 1-B20140601THERMAL-PROCESSING OF CARBON DUST AROUND A COOL STAR162265910.21608/absb.2014.22659ENGadallahK. A. K.Department of Astronomy & Meteorology, Faculty of Science, Al-Azhar University, Nasr CityJournal Article20140123Thermal-processed carbonaceous materials could emulate the evolution of the carbonaceous dust which settles in
regions around a cool star in a proto-planetary nebula (PPN). Spectroscopically, this evolution has been shown through the
variation in the strength of the aliphatic (-C-H stretching mode at the 3.42 μm) band relative to those of the aromatic (=C-H
mode at the 3.3 μm) band. Experimentally, the laser ablation technique was used to produce the Hydrogenated Amorphous
Carbon (HAC) samples as analogs of comic carbon dust. The IR-laboratory data of these samples shows that the strength of
these two bands varies reversely to each other as HAC transforms from the aliphatic to aromatic structure with heating. The
temperature, required to cause this transformation within HAC, depends on its hydrogen content. Hence, the trend of this variation
is also in relevance to the hydrogen content within HAC. This trend shows the variation from the aliphatic to aromatic
structure in dust grains in regions within the PPN IRAS 22272+5435. In which, it is expected that dust grains may be heated
in the past in the warm region near the star.https://absb.journals.ekb.eg/article_22659_eaac2dafb3900000de6d7da548971320.pdfAl-Azhar University, Faculty of Science (Boys)Al-Azhar Bulletin of Science1110-253525Issue 1-B20140601STUDYING STABILITY OF THE LIBERATION POINTS OFBINARY ASTEROIDES7142266110.21608/absb.2014.22661ENIsmailM.N1Astronomy and Metrology Department Faculty of Science, Al-Azhar University, EgyptBakryA.Astronomy and Metrology Department Faculty of Science, Al-Azhar University, Egypt.KhalilKh.I.Solar and Space Research Department, NationalResearch Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG)HafezA.Solar and Space Research Department, NationalResearch Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG)Journal Article20140114In this study, the locations of the equilibrium points of both triangular and collinear of restricted three-body problem and
their stabilities are studied. This study was applied on ten binary asteroids.
